Returns & Exchanges Policy
•You can return regular-priced items within 7 days of receiving your order for a product exchange or store credit.
•SALE items are not eligible for return.
•Shipping costs are non-refundable under any circumstances.
•Returned items must be unworn, unused, and include the original case and all original tags still attached and intact.
•Before sending anything back, please contact us at @gmail.com.
 
 
Return Process
1.Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will email you to confirm its arrival and let you know if your return has been approved.
2.If approved, we will process the store credit or exchange and send you a confirmation email.
 
 
Shipping Costs & Customs
•Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
•Be careful with customs declarations: mark the return as “Returned to Sender” or “Returned for Warranty” to avoid unnecessary duties or fees.
•Any customs or clearance charges (e.g. from couriers like FedEx, UPS, etc.) will be deducted from your store credit or exchange value.
